Keep your platform. We rebuild the funnel. You keep the patients.
A white-label platform gets a clinic live: providers, pharmacy, prescriptions, and a default funnel. Firstfill keeps all of that and rebuilds the funnel on your own stack.

Fixed price per buildPick by where you are
Pick a white-label platform if
- You are pre-launch and need providers, pharmacy and eRx in one contract.
- Nobody on the team wants to own a codebase.
- Volume is too small for a split test to say anything yet.
Pick Firstfill if
- You launched on a platform and month one looks like launch day.
- The funnel report and Stripe disagree.
- You want the pages, intake, checkout and portal in your own repo.
Asked on the scope call
Do we have to rip out the platform we pay for?+
No, and you should not want to. The provider network, the pharmacy and the EMR are the expensive parts and they stay exactly where they are. We replace the part that decides revenue, the pages, intake, checkout, upsells and portal, and wire it into what you already pay for.
How is this different from a white-label platform or an agency?+
A platform sells the clinic in a box and bills monthly for it, default funnel included. An agency buys traffic and bills on spend. Neither one is paid to make the middle convert, and the middle is where the money is decided: landing, intake, checkout, upsells, portal. That is the part we rebuild and test on your stack. The platform stays, the media buyer stays.
Do you handle providers, pharmacy or LegitScript?+
No. Those stay with the platform or partners you already have, and they need to be in place before we start, because we are not rebuilding what already works. We connect the funnel to them.
Can we cancel?+
The audit is one time, a build is fixed scope at a fixed price, the retainer is month to month. Stop any of it and the pages keep running and keep charging, because the code, the repo and the deploy are yours. The only thing you lose is the next test.
